Applications/Portfolio Requirements for the 2017-2018 School Year are now available!
We seek students who envision possibilities and imagine a better world.
Admission to the high school program is determined by portfolio. Baltimore Design School middle school students will be developing their portfolio as part of the 6th, 7th, and 8th grade curriculum.
9th Grade Applications Due: January 13, 2017

Students must have a confirmation that their application has been received and processed prior to attending one of these portfolio days.
For the 2017-2018 school year, applications are available directly through Baltimore Design School ONLY.
Students MUST complete an application, attend portfolio review day, and submit a completed portfolio for review in order to be considered for admission.
Email applications to both Mr. Hayes, SHayes01@bcps.k12.md.us and Ms. Silverman, LVSilverman@bcps.k12.md.us or mail a hard copy to Baltimore Design School at 1500 Barclay St. Baltimore, MD 21202.

GRADES 11 and 12
Baltimore Design School will not be accepting applications for students entering grades 11 or 12 during for 2017-2018 school year.
BDS is committed to providing high quality educational opportunities in design to Baltimore City students. As per Board policy, BDS is required and committed to serving and accepting City residents before serving non-City residents.
