Congratulations to Blair Griffith, whose logo concept was selected as the winning design by Baltimore Witness.  Baltimore Witness is a subsidiary of D.C. Witness, and will be launching their Baltimore branch April 26.  They challenged BDS students to create a logo that reflected their Baltimore experience as it related to the organization’s mission of providing transparency in the judicial system.

Two design concepts made the final cut, and a winner was chosen.  The client appreciated the unique concept and the way Blair captured the mission of the company – bearing witness to provide transparency in the judicial system.  Blair will now work with Ashton Design to finalize the logo for use on the client’s website, branding and marketing.  Her experience will be a ‘mini-internship’ with an award-winning design firm!  On top of that, Blair will be awarded $700.-

’21 Harrell Tomlin was awarded runner-up for his logo design below. Baltimore Witness appreciated the strong representation of Baltimore in the logo, with the skyline and use of our teams’ colors.

Both students represented BDS in the best way. We are so proud of them!
