Background/Expertise in Content Area: I have a degree in English Literature & Studio Art and am certified to teach Secondary ELA, Art, and Health Education.

I joined the BDS Family because…I wanted to be at a school where my students would be eager to make connections between content areas and art, where my work as a practicing artist/designer matters in the classroom, and where the staff loves and supports the kids and each other.

Fun fact about me: In my eighth grade yearbook I was voted “Most Likely to Become a Teacher” and I was really offended.
