BDS Student Art Displayed in Art Shows and Competitions Around the City starting Saturday, April 6
Baltimore Design School upperclassmen will have art featured in several upcoming art shows and competitions around the city. Mark your calendars and make sure to congratulate these talented artists when you see them.
BDS upperclass students have been busy! We are excited to announce that a number of students will have their work exhibited at venues around the city and state according to the following list of events. Please join us in congratulating students.
On Saturday, April 6, the following students will have their work on display in the Baltimore City Public Schools Student Art Exhibition: FYI…For Your Inspiration 2019 at the Baltimore Museum of Art from 1-4pm:

Several students submitted their art to Courting Art Baltimore, a competition put on by the Baltimore Bar Association whose theme is “uplift baltimore” and offers several big scholarships for student winners. The show will be on display at BCCC this Thursday, April 4th at 6:30pm in their arts building, as well as at the Eastside District Court in May. The following students submitted work:

The next group of students submitted their art to the Art Against Violence Show, an art show put on by UMMC’s shock trauma center as part of their prevention program. (April 10 from 4 – 8pm at the Memorial Episcopal Church in Canton )
