On Wednesday, May 19, 2021, Courting Art Baltimore announced the winner of the 2021 competition.  Many BDS students were included in the finalists, competing  for seven scholarship awards, with students from schools throughout Baltimore City.  We are thrilled to announce the 1st place winner…winning a $7500 scholarship…and whose art will hang in the  Eastside District Court Building, 1400 E. North Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21213…is none other than ’21 Stephanie Toro-Toruno!
