The Baltimore Design School SGA is at the (MASC) MD Association of Student Council’s Legislative Conference at Frederick H.S. on Saturday, February 8. They spent the day connecting with students from across the state to learn about the legislative process, parliamentary procedures and youth-related items addressed in the 19/20 General Assembly. They attended workshops throughout the day including Building Leaders with Vision and New to Legislative Session: Bills & Advocacy. They also learned about the election process and participated in the election of the new executive officers for the MASC student members of the State Board of Education.
